Did much better today on getting calories up, and keeping carbs and proteins lower. The trick is one meal a day. Not sure I can do that often,but maybe my body will get the message that I'm not starving it!

I was soooo tired last night, I forgot to log some of my food. It's all good tho, so no worries. Just trying to stay honest. I actually fell asleep while logging food. Lol! Gonna be an exceptional day, for which I am grateful. 😁
