Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Oh, the munchie withdrawls are bad. I know I can beat this. I just feel like my fingers twitch and I can't seem to calm long enough without a little hershey kiss or cookie. I didn't realize how addicted I was to junk food.
It's only day two of kicking the munchies and substituting for something healthier. I have a small tin of walnuts I nibble on when it becomes too overbearing. And, water is starting to taste good again. Thank God!

Ok, I think my midnight munchies are sabotaging my health plan for weight loss and self-esteem. I know I generally get up to get a drink or small glass of milk to help my stomach settle but, the sugar and snack withdrawls are so bad, I feel like I'm going to crawl out of my skin.
It also didn't help that I spent most of the weekend in bed resting. My body, from the fibromyalgia standpoint, had enough and decided to let fatigue override everything. I even had a huge bout of pain in my knees. Thank goodness for my man. He did such a great job taking care of me. I couldn't have done it without it. It definitely made my trust grow in him even more.
So this week my goal is to stop the midnight munchies and just get through it. Even if I have to do some stretching or play with my pets. I kicked cigarettes, I know I can kick this.
