I'm a little sore today but my energy is starting to return from the walking. I'm doing the walk away the pounds program. It's easy on me physically with the fibromyalgia. My recovery time is worse than the actual exercising. I know it will get better with time.

My fibromyalgia is getting worse with the winter weather but, I'm hanging in there with eating right and exercise. It will be beneficial in the long run.
I'm just so exhausted and sore.
