I weigh myself every day Mon - Friday and log the data on a spreadsheet to see trends and get the average for the week. Every week Monday and Tuesday my weight is higher after the weekend (was 58.4 and 58.2 this week) and Wednesday, Thursday and today it's 57.6. I find it so interesting to see the affect of high carb dinners on weight (water retention causes the scale to temporarily go up) as well as my menstrual cycle.
People get despondent when weighing once a week when the scale hasn't moved but its not accurate. You need to get to know your body.

I lost 7kg in 7 months and have kept it off since December. Fixed my metabolism and mind set around food. Got the antidepressant I needed. I'm proud of me and hopefully I can get back to light exercise in a week or two.
