This is a healthy weight for me, physically and mentally. Heading to the gym this morning and that will then be 4 workouts this week. Also ate at maintenance calories this week and will continue to do so to try and built a bit of muscle.

Yesterday my weight was still 57.1kg. So have I gained a whole kg over 24 hours? Definitely not. I did strength training yesterday for the first time in months and my muscles are sore and retaining water. My weight will come down again if I'm consistent with my exercise and my body adapts.
Point is, if you're somebody that only weights once a week and gets despondent when the scale doesn't move or worse, goes up, don't stress too much and focus on how your clothes fit or progress photos.
I wish I knew this when I was younger.
