after several months on Atkins and not losing weight I have decided to try to just watch my calories :(
It's hard for me since I'm used to the low carb high fat way of eating now but I need to lose the weight so I will give it a try for a few weeks to see how my body reacts.
If I can't tolerate the carbs then it's back to low carbs! I am not trying to find a diet but a healthier way of eating for life so I journal everything I can and read lots and lots of books on nutrition.
I hope to find what works best for me

10:30 mini lunch - salad, meat

4:00 snack - fruit, cheese
7:00 dinner - meat, avocado, salad

today is exactly 2 months since I started Atkins. I have lost only a couple of pounds but I am being patient. I am very confident that I will get to my goal weight and will keep it off. I am learning what causes me to crave "deviled food"
