1st week of induction.
lost some weight and feel better now, little by little getting energy back.
been drinking all my water and following the plan very close this time!

have kept my diet at 1200 or a little over that
i'm still afraid of carbs though!
for snacks I either eat weight watchers or just eat fruit
doing good with water intake so far
