Had a hard time yday, due to lack of sleep, being a lil hungover, and having dinner at a friends house. I should've skipped the apps! I did manage to force myself to exercise a lil to try to offset my overeating, even though I really didn't want to.

Loved my Tim Hortons Bagel Belt this am- switched to egg whites & ham instead of egg & bacon, & it was still delish! Gave the donut to my 95 lb daughter Lol!
