Time to pull the reins back in. Need to stop this lazy summer regimen, and get back into some exercise and resposible eating :O

Very little effort on my part, no wonder the scales not movin. Hopefully all these BBQ's and parties will end soon! I did work out twice for a bit, which is more than I've been. It's a start :)

Lost a lb but have also
lost muscle and gained fat. Really need to start exercising & eating right again :(
