I weighed on Tanita scales today.
3/31 weight 170.8 impedence 537 fat 67.2 ffm103.6 bmi 26.7 39.3% fat
3/24 weight 170.2 596 70.2 100.0 26.7 41.3%
At first, I was very dissappointed. I worked SO hard this week! I talked to NP about it & she said I lost 3 lbs of FAT and GAINED 3 lbs of MUSCLE.

By reading journal entries by others, I have found that I will do better on weight loss by cutting back to a shake or granola bar or not even putting any food in my mouth after dinner.
When I first started, I let the events of the day & my emotions influence my eating habits and exercise schedule. Had a lot of stress and headaches the past month. Therefore, was eating more than I should and haven't lost but ONE pound!
I have changed my mindset TODAY and will LOSE 15 pounds by May 25.

Weekends are the hardest for me so I am planning to stay busy with spring wardrobe change & house cleaning. Planning ahead for meals too which I never do on weekends!
