Just starting the Physician's Plan Diet!Changed My RDI and only went over a bit :)I need to find ways to get more LEAN protein.I eat boiled eggs for breakfast and have had protein at every meal but Physician's Plan recommends to DIVIDE your weight by 2.2=Daily Protein Intake. Mine is at 76.
Still have a cold but it has moved from my throat to my ears and chest. Not gonna work out til I am cleared up :)

Started getting sore throat yesterday, have a full blown cold now. BUT got my Dr to put me on appetite suppressant and started today. I won't exercise until I feel better, REALLY sore throat :/

I've been so busy I haven't been on Fat Secret in over a month! I'm working 4 pt jobs.... OVERWHELMED!!!!!!
The good thing is my weight hasn't increased... Bad is I still can't wear my jeans but I've got until September to fit in them!
I have got to cut out one job so I can have time to workout. That is what really helps my stomach & appetite decrease :)
