My weight had been heavier than this i just hadnt updated. I have actually lost 6.5lbs this week as weighed in at my weightwatchers meeting, so i am a happy bunny!

ok day day 4 of weight watchers and going ok. Supposed to be on kickstart which is 22 points for me. Have managed to keep mostly within that. Perhaps a little low a couple of days but im hoping that will keep till the weekend. My folks are coming down at the weekend and that usually means more wine than usual my mum thinks im daft re-starting a diet 5 weeks before we go and holiday. My theory was i could possibly lose a stone in those 5 weeks or if i keep going the way i have been put on another half stone! I just love my food and i get greedy if im 'off diet'. I seem to have 2 modes really strict with myself or 'off diet'. Cant seem to do that inbetween just eat when your hungry, have a little of what you fancy etc!!!

Dont worry guys i have not deserted you all.
I was really struggling to get back on track so decided that i needed some extra help. So i have now joined weight watchers. Havent done weight watchers for over 20 years so its changed lots and the leader tells me its to change again on the 1st december.
The depressing thing is that ive done it again. I have put on so much of the weight i worked so hard to lose at the start of the year!
Anyway this is my kick up th butt to myself, again!!!!!
