Happy!!

I finally feel i am getting somewhere, i am doing a lot of exercise just now between walking & swimming but feeling good for it.

As weighed on my own scales.

Steadily going down. Getting plenty of exercise in, walking at least 1x6mile walk 1x2 mile walk and usuallly getting a swim with the kids each week.

This time around my weight loss has been slower altogether, im hoping that means it stays off!

Have been following the programme to the letter and of course the results show. Lost weight 3 weeks in a row and i havent done that for a long time!!!!

I thought i had followed the diet very well this week plus i had a bug at the weekend so i thought i would lose more. Just shows you never can tell. Maybe it will show next week.
