Body Fat 24% blm nongol rotinya, gym rutin 3x per minggu , mulai gym nov 2018 sd sekarang .. kudu sabaarr & tetap semangat jg pola mkn,istirahat,olah raga , perut ku dulu buncit berlemak ..heheee

Apa kabarnya jika tidak atur pola makan dan nutrisi, di tambah lagi tidak olah raga.
