9:30 at night. I was so tired but still made my self work out fit 45 min. Now that its over I'm glad i did.

It's here!!!! My chalean Extreme came in the mail today. I am beyond excited. Today i have been watiching all the videos reviewing the fat Burning Food Guide and the Muscle Burns fat Guidebook. I am going to get some weights Friday. I wish i could get the ones they use on the DVD but they are alittle too much money right now. After watching the Burn Circuit set i know to reach my goals i am going to have to do some more cardio. It looks like you would not really need to extra cardio if you are already at your weight goals and just trying to get lean but i still have along way to get before that. Tonight i am going to do my before photos and all of mesurements tonight. I will be staying as close to the Food guide as I can. I know i will stay within the calories, I will try as many recipes as i can with the stuff i have in my kitchen, I also watch her Kitchen makeover, I am lucky that i have done most of the things she says to do already. So i
I'm pumped up. I am looking to lose at least 15 pounds on this program for my husbands christmas party and tone up that arm flab that drives me crazy.
