Okay, so time is flying by like crazy. Finally back home, after 17 straight days of work. Exhausted but determined to eat right. Went grocery shopping and bought a bunch of veggies and fish and boneless chicken. No empty calorie snacks! Just good stuff. Now I need to focus on exercising. Its really hot and humide here, in Mexico, but will make a goal of walking everyday!

I hadn't seen any change on the scale for the last three days despite working out a lot more than usual. I figured that my body might be retaining water due to all the exercising so I gave myself a break today. And guess what?!?! I lost another pound, whoo hoo....

Another day at the gym... YAY, 4 days in a row. I'm thinking of taking a break tomorrow, give my body a rest. We'll see how I feel.
