I haven't been weighing because I have been working out with weights. I decided that my goal is to add muscle and lose body fat for now. Change my body composition. I'm not really interested in what the scale says right now, because does not paint an accurate picture given my current goals. I started weight training and HIIT workouts in December, I weigh the exact same but BOY what a difference I see in the mirror! I don't know how much body fat I lost, but I lost body fat. I don't know how much muscle I gained, but I gained muscle. The mirror is telling me I'm doing great so I shall continue. This is not the traditional Fat Secret method, but it's working for me!
I'm just trying to eat better, more fruits, veggies and protein, and less junk. Not really following a diet.

Working out and putting on muscle which is making weight loss slower. I can see the difference in the mirror!

I haven't meal planned in so long, I have lost my ability. I only know how to make salads, fish, chicken and side veggies. I can cook healthy grains like quinoa, black rice, and brown rice. I really lost my flair for cooking.
I was looking at some of Tosca Reno's recipes, which look awesome, but my eye glaze over after reading down past the 8th ingredient. lol
I need some kind of help. SMH
