Going to start a Whole30 April 2nd. I noticed the Whole30 diet is not in FatSecret so I'll just stay here because it's really not a diet, it's a food reset.
I'll document some of my journey here. It's a low carb eating style by design because there are not grains, refined carbs, legumes, or sugar of any kind.

Did a kick but metabolic workout yesterday and burned 668 calories. That was my first time doing that workout, and it was advanced. I had to modify some of the moves. I'll be doing that workout once per week to build up my strength, my endurance was good. It had a lot of burpies and mountain climbers and spider-man push-ups. Those are rough!
Did a quick 3 miles this morning and burned 535 calories - I was a slow boat today though. This is my 5th day working out this week, today was supposed to be a rest day.
When I get a handle on my eating habits, I might be dangerous!
