Breakfast was 2 cups International Swiss mocha coffee. Lunch was 2 JC Potter hot links and asparagus! Made another pot of broccoli cheese soup and may have it for dinner!

I'm sure it won't happen every day but I added up my meals and it was only 639 calories for the day, not counting my coffee! International Swiss Mocha 4 cups

Omgoodness I added some zero noodles to my broccoli cheese soup which gave it extra body and yummo!

Lost 4 more lbs. been busy moving and less time to think about food! 😄 So I'm sure I'll just start loosing a half or maybe 1lb a week now. I'm making broccoli cheese soup for this cold front that's come in!

I lost 3.2 lbs my first week back on a diet! Mostly broccoli and cabbage for my low carb veg!
