oh my, has anyone tried the recipe on Pinterest for carrot dogs? I had to try them because I don't really like carrots and I love hot dogs with mustard! I was totally surprised how good they are! I am trying to do Dr McDougal's diet and very much enjoying it! Now I have carrot dogs but need to find whole grain buns! 😄

Back to 201.4 and doing better on my diet again! Stationary bike: 250 Cal's, 5.5 miles for 25 minutes.

Wow my body must still be changing over from eating everything to low carb. I lost 2.2 more lbs! Anyway I am trying and I do much better in warmer days. I start thinking I'm getting hungry and I go outside for a while!
