This week has been a bad one. Depression has taken over in a big way and this in turn has affected my eating habits which have been less than good to say the least. I am hoping to exercise regularly, if for anything, for the sake of feeling better which is a much bigger deal than my weight although I am still trying to lose some more weight. Obviously the bad eating has taken its toll and is why my weight has increased by quite a bit. I will be working towards counteracting this this week.

I have started working out on the lateral trainer to ease myself in after yesterday's bad headache which I suspect was induced by overdoing the cleaning with strong bleach. I am in pretty bad pain now with what feels like a sinus pain but have smeared 4head all over the affected area but it seems to make little difference except my eyebrow is tingling as well as hurting me now.

Fingers crossed very, very firmly to get to below that 12st 12lb mark. Once I get below that weight it will give me a massive boost to continue with my goal. I do hope that I can get to below 12st and I'll be able to see there whether or not the 11st mark is realistic.

I am trying really hard now after a break from the healthy eating. I am hoping now to make it to below 12st 12lb which was my sticking point before.

I have been living on a bad diet lately which has included an overabundance of garlic bread with cheese on top, full loaf of bread in an afternoon, creamy coffee's and chocolate with crisps. I have therefore inevitably put on weight through this lifestyle. This and the lack of exercise that I had been doing previously but stopped when I had to take plenty of chill-pills after a manic freakout. I couldn't move much after taking those so the running etc. had to cease and I still haven't gone back to it. I think that this is possibly because of the increase in meds I am taking. I have had to take it up to the maximum dosage and this creates physical complacency. So, here I am, trying again to get past the 12st 12lbs mark, at least I haven't given up on the idea which is the main thing.
