I accidentally wrecked my "Gotta-lose-at-least-15-lbs-by-the-end-of-the-month" strict diet plan I made up by binge-eating an entire bag of microwave popcorn AND half an order of small fries from Burger King.
My 20-year-old daughter brought her french fries into my bed where I was laying down at 7 pm ready to go to sleep early. I looked up how many calories and carbs are in one bag of the popcorn AFTER I ate them and said, "F*ck-it... gimme some of your french fries child!" She was nice enough to stop me from eating all of the fries by moving them out of my reach as soon as I started acting like a crazed starved lunatic. I was too tired and weak to attempt getting up for more so I gave up.
Today I took a caffeine pill at 3:30 pm to hopefully get me through the next couple of hours of this day without crashing early from a lack of energy like yesterday. I pre-paid for my evening yoga class in a few hours to prevent myself from skipping like last week.
Oh, and... those diet pills were totally fake. I knew it. I finally found a picture of what they are supposed to look like and mine don't look like that at all. I quit taking them and surprise - still no side effects - Now I am contemplating splurging the $60.00+ for the REAL bottle of pills.. or finding another inexpensive placebo.

Two things I learned the hard way this week:
1) Don't drink two cups of coffee in the morning or your cheeks will be flushed from high blood pressure and your anxiety will kick in close to paranoia. It's not fun. Stick to one cup of coffee and see if maybe the weird warmth is a side effect from the <brand name removed> diet pills.
2.) Don't drink your collagen almond milk banana peanut butter protein meal replacement shake after the gym at eight o'clock at night or YOU WILL wake up choking on your own stomach acid shortly after finally falling asleep. (Reminder: add Tums to the shopping list)

<Image Removed> I started taking this diet pill 2 days ago and I don't have any weird side effects. I honestly don't care if it's a placebo because it's working for me. So is cutting my calories and working out almost every day. I switched from Diet Soda to Coffee and Water so that's probably helping me out. I am still fat/obese BUT I can suck my gut in and look normal -- if by normal you mean someone who is stiff, holding their breath and obviously sucking their gut in, then yeah, that's me.
What I want to know is... Is anyone else taking this supplement? If yes, what do your pills look like? I am worried I bought a fake bottle because it was discounted and not from their clkbank site. This is supposed to be the number one diet pill in America right now. I watched their entire infomercial and fact-checked all of the ingredients and they seem amazing. I really want this to be real.
