I woke up surrounded by empty candy wrappers. I counted 8 that I could see so I don't know how many were hiding. I picked up the almost empty bag of Lindt Lindor Assorted Chocolates and read 230 calories per piece. I ate my daily recommended calorie allowance of almost 2,000 calories without my consent and barely had any knowledge. I thought it was all a very vivid dream.
Meanwhile, in other news, I have gained weight and I hate myself. This is great because discontentment is the first step in change. The problem is... I just want to binge eat, I don't want to starve anymore. I need a solution.

I almost went for a walk yesterday BUT my brain talked me out of it - twice. I am embarrassed to say I fell asleep at my desk for my lunch break.
Maybe today will be the day I actually walk down the hallway to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes instead of feeling drowsy fighting the urge to go home sick and take a nap in my own bed.
As I am typing this I realized... music... headphones... these are two of my buddies who will totally go for a walk with me. Wishing myself luck here to break my exercise block.

The burritos I made last night that I will be snacking on for meals until I run out and have to make something else.
I added 6oz cream cheese and a cup of shredded Colby jack cheese (my favorite) to the hamburger/bean/rotel mix. The Tortilla is Carb Balance whole wheat and I wrapped these with frozen avocado chunks.
*The tortillas are 18 carbs with 15 fiber = 3 Net Carbs =)
