Day 4
Level 1 with weights.It does get easier with each passing day.Hmm maybe will start doing level two in a couple of days.

Day 3
I have succesfully completed day 3 of my 30 day shred-workout and boy do I feel good! I feel so energized and charged up right now.I have been doing level 1 without any weights since the past couple of days.I think I am ready to introduce the weights from tomorrow onwards.
