13 th march
completed level 2 of the shred workout... tough tough tough...... especially with an ass of a boss and a hectic day at work.... but I am proud to say that I still completed my workout and managed not to indulge in calorie rich junk food... I am a big emotional eater and stress eater.... so yea... so far so good... I am reading other peoples journal to get inspiration and not heading down emotional eating lane...

Level 2 woo hoo!! felt the burn.... even though I couldn't do half the exercises and was doing spot jogging or jumping jacks instead... got to work on my flexibility a hell lot....

No exercise, lots of booze and junk food like spicy mexican,cheesy pasta,burgers etc
9 March
Went out for dinner with family, ate Italian pasta in tomato sauce with onion rings and two glasses wine and chips in yoghurt dip.etc.
walked by the sea for 45 min after dinner.
Yesterday was a very happy and fun filled day. soul filled with joy... sadly dumped a lot of calories in the body too...

Day 5 . 5.3.09
Went out with pals, ate lots of buttery,cheesy ,calorie laden goodies along with pepsi and booze. Couldn't exercise cause I got home very late at night.
Day 6 6.3.909
I don't know yet if I am going to do the Shred Workout today.
