well finally I lost a pound, after 9 days I thought it would be more like 5. I have not eaten a carb or sugar for 9 days. Only carb I have gotten are from a dribble of dressing on my salads. I am not eating much meat so maybe I am not eating enough fat, for my ketogenics diet. It's Sunday and I am praising God for the 1 pound lost.

I am not cheating, I have had no real carbs or sugars for a solid week and have only lost 1oz. Could it be my diabetes? My insulin shots?
