got my test strips today for my ketosis levels. It turned purple which is not one of the colors on the bottle, so I am going to do it again in the morning. I also got my almond and coconut flour, going to try garlic and cheese crackers in the morning, very low carb. Using yogurt instead of sour cream in the crackers. I was able to buy chocolate butter and need something to spread it on. Not weighing again until Monday. But I do need to try harder to stay under my calories I am allowed.

I unintentionally blew my diet today, too many tomatoes. Made me over on calories by 200 and carbs are twice the limit at 40g. I need to check the numbers before I eat it, not later when I am trying to post it all. Boo Hiss, will that 3 days again before ketoses sets in.

Well I started eating meat on Sunday night, I lost 1 pound and now almost 2. Eating fat was the key and why I wasn't loosing, Eat More Meat.
