Woohoo I am so excited. I lost 7.5 lbs. marissa my 11 year old lost 4 pounds. I am so proud of her.

Weigh in tonight. I am kinda nervous. It has been a rough week full of exuses. Pizza party at work. work function with hamburgers and hot dogs. sunburn couldnt work out. tornado warning had to leave gym.

Im not certain that the scales at tops have been correct. I gained 6 pounds and since then I have had a bad week. I am probably going to gain this week. I cant let this get me down. What the heck is wrong with me.\
