I am on a mission to accomplish my goal of walking up the stairs 16 floors on 10/10/10. i am recruiting ten of my co workers to do this with me. Prior to starting this journey it was hard for me to even have the motivation to get off the couch. now I am set on this journey and I am doing pretty well. The last time i weighed in at tops they said i gained 12 lbs but 4 days later I went to the dr and that was not the case. I think I just drank too much water that day and didnt get rid of it.
I have been going up the 5 floors to our breakroom. Today I did it 3 times prior to clocking in. on the 10th 16 floors may not be enough to go up :)

another great loss this week. mom did awesome. she had the biggest loss at tops. marissa gained but we knew she would. she wouldnt listen to anything we told her to do. she is 11 and thinks she knows what is right and wrong. hope she gets better about it. i dont want her to end up like the rest of us.

I have weigh in tomorrow. Shouldnt i be saying I get to weigh in tomorrow? I havent kept track of my food this week. I had a big lose last week. probably wont be as good this week. if i even stay the same or lose any amount I will be happy.
Going to gatlinburg this week. Staying in a five star hotel with a mountain view. It is a much needed break. They have a really nice fitness center. did i just use nice and fitness center in same sentence? omg what has gotten into me. lmao

So I havent done so well this week. I lost 7 and half last week which means i will probably have a low number even if i did well. We have a contest going on and we are on teams. I hope I havent let my team down this week.
I did have my food journal and weight so that no one could view it because I was afraid I wasnt eating the right things. I have decided that I need to have it available for others to see for that same reason. if i am not eating the right things someone will let me know.
