I set myself up on a lot of challenges. I picked ones that go togeather. I have my husband class reunion at the end of October. My goal is to shed as much weight as I can by then. I have spent the last few years hiding from the world because of my weight. Now I am determined to rejoined the world. My goal is by My birthday October 18 see how much weight I can lose with diet and exercise. And treat myself and go out on the town with my husband. I am comitted to all of my challenges.

This is a awful day for me. I am cramping and bloated. Even tho I have stayed on my diet I suddenly feel heavier. Does anybody esle feel like this at that time of the month? I will keep going on my diet and take the week off from the scales.

I am so disappointed in myself. I am trading food for cheetos. I have been having cravings for the last few days. So to keep my calories down I have a crappy dinner low calorie. What's going on with me? I better figure it out.
