Day 11
I came close to hitting my macros...I was still a little under on protein, but I believe I made up for it on (fat) bacon. The one concern I am having is not getting as much vegetables. Now that I am settling into this WOE, I will start incorporating more.
I am still amazed with the amount of energy. I had another solid workout yesterday. After teaching my Pilates class, I was able to get in an upper body workout. Today I will attempt legs...I hope the squat racks are free, lol
Unfortunately I was not able to get to the squat racks...too crowd and I didn't have enough time to wait. However, I still had a good workout.

Wow, Day 10
I nearly forgot about this site and what a change I have made since I was last here. I cringed when I reread my old journals on my ordeals with the juice fast. It was not pleasant!! Anyway, that was over a year ago...
Today I am now on day 10 of the LCHF/Ketogenic WOE. I am very happy so far. I am down 3lbs and I know it is water weight. BUT the abundance of energy and lack of appetite are the real shocker!!!! I am still following my macros, but have switched the percentages to 75/20/5. I will adjust if needed.
I need to find a way to increase my fat. I can hit my protein with no problem and carbs I watch very closely. At the end of the day, I am still short on fat. With my active schedule, I do not want to lose lean mass. I will make a few changes today and see how it goes.
