Day 18
Still going strong!!! However, I am noticing a huge difference in my eating pattern. I used to eat because I got hungry which was 3 - 4x per day. Now I don't really get hungry. I will snack a little just to make sure I have energy for my workouts and to teach a fitness class. My problem is I am NOT meeting my macro requirements. Keeping the carbs below 20gms has been easy, but getting in my fat and protein are not...I don't feel bad. I feel super a side an occasional cramp, but I think I can solve that by increasing my magnesium.
Well I am off to teach a class!!!

I am very pleased with my weight/body comp. Today I will be going into week 3 of my HFLC/Keto. Here are my results so far:

I am so happy with this because I was/am still able to lose weight and inches while having my wine on the weekends. I believe the reason is I only drink dry reds and keep it to 2 glasses max. The only changes I made is no carby snacks as I sip my wine and incorporated full fat cheese...yummmm!
