Dropping the vacation weight. I've lost about 1/2 of the weight I gained during vacation so everything is good. My BP has been running higher than normal since I got back. Could be excess water retention, hopefully it will come back down with the weight loss.
I had my morning workout. I worked core so I did inclined sit-ups, dumbbell side bends, back extensions and leg lifts. I followed this up with my 10 minute HIIT on the ladder. I was starting to run out of energy during the HIIT so I think I'm starting to get carb depleted. That should help my weight loss.
I'm going to try to run/walk tomorrow to check out my hamstring. I'm going for an hour total time, mostly walking but I'll do jogging intervals and see how everything feels. Hopefully I won't end up in pain. Tomorrow is also mowing day. We've had a lot of rain and the grass keep growing.

Still hanging on to the vacation weight. I'm not worried about it, just sticking to my plan.
No workout this morning since I go see the doctor this morning. My legs are sore from yesterday's workout. Back at it tomorrow morning.

Well, I dropped 3-1/2 lbs from yesterday. Tomorrow is my official weigh-in day so I'll see where I end up.
I did my early morning work-out today. It was a leg day. I did leg presses, calf presses, romanian deadlifts, leg extensions, abductors and adductors. I skipped the hamstring curls since the deadlifts work the hamstring as well. I also skipped the intervals since my legs were feeling the weight.
Tomorrow morning off to the ortho so no workout. Staying on the same diet though.

Got back from vacation yesterday. This morning's weigh in I found out I gained almost 11 lbs. I know I had a lot of carbs and didn't eat the best this past week but that is a pretty hefty gain. I'm not gonna worry about it though. I've started back on a low carb diet, back under 50g of net carbs per day.
I had a fun time visiting with my wife's family. We ate in Amish country one day. I had a big slab of meatloaf and couldn't eat all of it. We also had a family taco night with homemade tortillas followed by peanut butter pie. Not healthy but a good break from calorie counting and eating healthy. Now it's back to reality.
I also worked out today. Had my usual warm-up, weights and intervals. I worked out shoulders and arms. Also did my hamstring curl set. It's great to get back to working out again. Tomorrow morning is leg day.

On vacation now. We'll see where my weight goes since I'm not tracking my food. This is my "ad libitum" experiment since we are eating out most days. Hopefully it won't be too bad. Back to my normal eating and exercise on Tuesday.
