Great day yesterday….Ate more calories then usual. Just a tad more then 2000 Calories which is a big food day. But it was all CRON (Calorie Reduced Optimal Nutrition)….I blew away all my nutritional markers. Every Calorie I consumed was HIGH HIGH NUTRITION!!!……Thinking of a water fast today. See how things go.

Great exercise….40 Minute run followed by stair master.

Ate 1000% well yesterday. Had an amazing Salad-- Broccoli, Fresh Tuna, Brussel Sprouts, Green Beans, 1 Egg, 2 Oysters/// When Food is a Vitamin Pill Hunger is reduced because you get all important nutrition!!! The challenge I see repeatedly on FS is people concerned about Carbs and Protein but no on talks of NUTRITION??? That is your key factor. Get 100% of your nutrition from the LEAST amount of Calories possible. The CRON Method of eating!

Ate great yesterday. Fruits Vegetables all good things . Stayed close to CRON and had 860 calories with a very strong workout day. Stairmaster at Level 14, Squash, Row Machine and Eliptical. It is funny how as we age it is so important to control what we eat and how much we exercise. Many people on FS have difficulty managing it all ….It is ver challenging but is very much about retraining. Hard work!!
