Outstanding day yesterday…CRON is the key !!! Ate well was under 1000 calories but by using CRON hit all my nutritional markers. This concept of CARBS vs PROTEIN and all that poppycock needs to be replaced with CRON. Nutrition is the magic bullet. Solid day of exercise with Spin class, 40 minute Run, 10 Minute Row and some Resistence training. Over all a solid day….Onward and Upward.

Completed 38 hour water fast yesterday at noon. Had 3 workouts within the fasting period. 2 Spinning classes and a weight workout. Felt very good. At the beginning of the 3rd workout which was some 36 hours into the Fast I was sitting on the Rowing Machine thinking OMG I haven't eaten in 36 hours how can I do think….Summoned the Courage and started 25 Minutes rowing. Part way though I decided to convince myself that being calorie deprived was an illusion. Well the 25 minute Row finished great…Went straight from Row machine to 70 minute spin class…It was awesome. Mind over MATTER! The power of the mind manages states we think are difficult…
Came home had a Blueberry Protein Shake…Tuna Salad latter in day. Ate great did well. Onward and Upward!

Well today I'm into 34 hours of my Water Fast. This fast has been different then the 8 day water fast that I did in January. Far more centred and dare I say spiritual. It is more relaxed and easier because I know what to expect. Marrying the fasts with CRON has taught me the true nature of what we perceive as hunger and "nourishment" as when I do eat it is only Optimally nutritious foods. This is far from being about weight however weight management is a NATURAL by product of the process. This journey has very much been a journey of self discovery. Learning to unlearn the addiction to food and fall in love with nutritious wholesome food. Onward and Upward!

ate very well last night and when i snacked it was on the right things. Was in Calorie debt due to hard exercise earlier in the day. I felt like snacking in the evening last night so had Frozen non sweetened Cherries and Low Fat yogurt. It is amazing how once we retrain our taste buds something like Cheeries and yogurt becomes as much as a treat as HAGEN DAZ…… AMAZING!
Well onward and upward…. have a CRON amazing day.

CRON continues to prove itself as the method of eating that is most beneficial. A CRON method with a regime heavy on angiogenesis foods. So much mis guided information that I have weeded though in the last 6 weeks. Focus should always be on nutritional content and angiogenesis foods!! as well IF and fating a critical components in understanding the nature of hunger. Following the process 100%.

Exercise & Exercise INTENSITY also are key.
