Does anyone else find it hard to eat on Atkins? I feel like I have to force myself to eat. I hate that feeling.
I just went for my afternoon walk :D I wore a sweater today while walking to try to burn more calories. I'm not even sure if that method works but oh well. I have to eat soon and I'm not looking forward to it LOL.

Yesterday was a good day for me! :) I did 40 minutes of cardio in the morning on my Wii Fit and I took a half an hour walk during my lunch break at work. After work I did another 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of yoga on my Wii Fit. Then I decided that I should do some cleaning and cleaned the house for 2.5 hours. Wow, never realized how good of a work out cleaning can be! I'm happy that the scale is moving downwards.
I expected to be sore today but I'm actually feeling good, besides being tired. I missed my morning work out because I slept in, so I'm hoping to fit an hour of excerise in this afternoon.

Just finished my 30 minute walk, feels nice :) I'm thinking about doing some yoga on the Wii Fit when I get home, but I am afraid my sore muscles will retain more water. I don't want the scale to go up :(

160 lbs again today.. back up 1 lb. I'm hoping that it's not real weight and is only water retention from my muscles. I've worked out 3 days in a row now and my muscles are really sore! (good pain though)
I should probably let my muscles rest for a day but I'm loving my new Wii Fit Plus too much! :) I'm also sunburnt and I heard that causes water retention also. Has anyone ever had an expierence like this?
