I'm disapointed. I gained 2.8 lbs this weekend. How?? I don't know. I guess because I did have a little bit of sugar, I didn't think it would be that big of a deal as long as I stayed near 20-25 carbs. I think I'm going to read the Atkins book (last time I only skimmed through it) and I'm going to start in induction again on August 1st. I feel like I've been bouncing around 157-160 for too long.
2nd week of excersing 5 times a week, Day 2.
I feel a lot better when it comes to exercise. The exercises on the Wii Fit are becoming a lot easier, but I'm trying to continue to challange myself. I've noticed that when I sit down not as much of my belly bulges out now, but no weight or inches have been lost.. is that possible?

Up 1 lb, probably because I had a lot of sodium and drank a gallon of water. I exercised 5 times this week, YAY for me. This is the most I have exercised in awhile. Everytime I excercise though I end up drinking a gallon of water through out the day. I'm planning on taking it easy for the next two days to let my muscles rest and I'll consume less water and see if the scale moves. If the scale doesn't budge by the 28th of this month.. I'm thinking of moving back to induction.
