Had some of my sons biscuits cos I felt like my body needed it and just soup 🍲 feeling slightly better and had some good sleep. But still no appetite and flu feeling

Slowly but surely coming down - had yoghurt and grapes for breakfast , tuna salad for lunch and some bolognaise pasta for supper. Not much of an appetite at all still - just ate because I need to fuel my body!

Picked up my sons throat infection so ate soup most of yesterday and whatever I felt like. Weighed in and down 1 kg again so the best weigh less plan def works better for me. Have packed food on plan today for work but have literally no appetite . Let’s hope I can shake this big quick
