All new low for me. Weigh in day yesterday afternoon and lost 800 grams despite being on holiday . Super motivated and impressed with myself for doing so!

Feeling super happy that iv managed to maintain my weight and indulge a little over a family holiday. Learning how to eat 90% healthy and not just eat because food is in front of me or because I can . Picking the things I like and using my calories wisely !

Really impressed with myself managed to maintain my weight over the last 4 days ! Weigh in today and healthy meals planned . Then 4 days until I have to go to eshowe for work .

Weigh in in the afternoon after coming back from a holiday and having a meal. Have been away for 3 days and had a function the night before as well. Have had some red wine and indulged abit but generally stuck to the plan . Will be getting back on the grind tomorrow. I’m proud of the changes iv made so far to this lifestyle as I am eating much better even on a holiday or on a night out!
