I really do not understand. I had a beer last night and a terrible day eating wise yesterday.!?! Maybe my body needed the extra carbs??? I understand why I ate the way I did and that I am an emotional eater but yesterday was challenging for me and hence I needed a break.

Can’t wait to get into the 80,s . I have been trying to get down to the 80’s pretty much the entire year so will be a great mood booster and job well done! My weigh less goal weight is 78 kgs which would equate to a 10.6kg weigh loss once achieved. I am however aiming to get to 77 as I was 77 kgs before I fell pregnant with my son. And will have one kg to play with .

Lol back to normal . Seems like my body is heavier on a weigh in day for some odd reason but down another 600 grams on the weigh less scale (82,4) my scale differs of course. Really tender on my chest over the last day or two so so painful and no reason why.
