I really don't care for the way that sugar alcohols are NOT subtracted from the total carbs in a food. It makes me feel like I had WAY more than I know I did.

Here I am on day I don't even remember doing the Atkins thing. Today I feel weak. Not physically but emotionally. I'm just drained. I've got things going on w/ my son's father and stepmom that just make my head spin. Nothing that I really care to go into detail about, but that's my reasoning. I was headstrong on having Taco John's for lunch today, (mind you I haven't cheated ONE time since starting the induction phase)it seemed like a good idea to help me stop stressing.
When I got there it was noon and the drive through was jam packed and it was pouring rain so I didn't want to get out of my car. If that wasn't a sign then I don't know what is! I decided to go across the street to Casey's and I had the toppings off a slice of pizza instead. I know that I could have made a better choice for my lunch but today that's as good as it got!
Then I decided since I still had some time to spare I went to Target and walked around the store. I found some keto sticks so I'm pretty excited about that. I thought about buying an umbrella and then forgot. This rainy weather makes me braindead sometimes.

Just got done with my 15 minute power walk and WOWZA my shins are killing me! It's a good kind of hurt... everything is all tingly. I've had shin splints when I was on a "I'm gonna lose weight" kick and they are what made me stop doing everything all together. This time is different. I'm going to excercise but not push myself over the limit. My sis is bringing me her stationary bike so I can use that too. I also just bought the Leslie Sansone DVD "Walk Away The Pounds." It's a nice little workout... my 5 year old LOVES to exercise. He's always asking me to bust out the Biggest Loser work out DVDs. He's got far more energy than I have but I'm hoping with my will and determination I'll get my energy back too!

Here's to another day... I really don't have anything to say today but I'm a half hour early for work today so I thought I'd chime in. Last night for supper I had pizza. Yep you heard me pizza. I bought some of those Italian herb flat out wraps, topped it w/ a very thin layer of pizza sauce, 0 carb pepperoni, mushrooms and cheese and boy was it YUMM-O! It was so good that I made another and brought 1/2 for lunch today and then I'll eat the other half for supper tonight.
