I just wanted to say good luck to everyone who is doing the ANA. It's such a great way to take control of your life! Just like my sis iaborn67 said... I feel like I am in control. For the first time ever I am deciding what is best for me and not letting any other factors sway my decisions. Even through any stressful moments I have been able to pull through with my own strength and not let the food conquer me.

I am really excited that I've been doing so awesome on this! This is the first time I've ever taken my health and getting in shape seriously. I could have cheated so many times yet I choose to stay the course. Nothing... and No one can tell me otherwise. This time I'm doing this for ME and not for any other reason. My keto stick tells me that I have a small amt of ketones so there's another reason I'm very happy. I must be doing it right!

Well it's 7:05 on Friday night and I'm house/animal sitting for my older sister. As usual the first thing I did when I got here was scope out the cupboards to see what kind of crap she had on hand that might sabotage my plans! I came prepared with buffalo chicken wings, water, Sprite zero and tuna! I think I'll be ok!
