November 10 Wt 153, blood sugar 124. Trying to get down again, hoping to see 151 one of these days. One thing about weight loss is that although keto keeps you not hungry, I need to use blood sugar to guide when I eat. Eating when I am not really hungry and blood sugar is high seems to keep weight on even when calories are 1000 or less. 78 years old means metabolism is different than it was in the days when the "cave man diet or lean and green" took 20 lbs a month off. of course I was much more active then. That also makes a difference.

november 9 2020 153.5, blood sugar 141.
ate too much Saturday, all keto, but 1600 probably.Did better Sunday but It will take time to get down again. Hopefully a lb or two less when that happens. Did better Sunday but ate an orange before bedtime. Don't need extra sugar at that time.

November 3, 2020 weight 142, blood sugar 128. trying to avoid sweets and wheat, and counting calories. I thought my weighing 142 was from being dehydrated but it seems not.

November 2, 2020 Monday I have tried to stay on target but I ate some pepper jack cheese and my poor tummy rebelled, in a lactose intolerant tantrum. My dramatic weight loss, 2 lbs in the last week, are more a matter of an empty digestive system. I hope to get down to 149 by the end of this month. My goal is 142. Maybe when i get there I will try to get five lbs under that. If we are not losing we tend to be gaining if you are a so called body type called pyknic long bodies, short legged, small feet and hands.
