I'm a stay at home mother of 3 children. I'm just turned 30 and I have 30 lbs to loose. My challenges are chocolate and finding time to exercise daily. I'm just starting Fat smash and I'm excited to get in shape. Of course I want to look better and like the way my clothes fit, but ultimately I want more energy. I know that the only way to get that is to take charge of my health.
