hi, I am 46 years old and very over weight and have tried just about every diet there is. last april 1st went to doctor and weighed 352lbs. I was trying that one day diet. That was my heaviest went back on aktins and lost to 314 started working out and then i had to have my appendicts out that set me back started eating everything in sight. I have a problem of sabatoging myself. NOT this time. I am going to get healthy for me and my family. I found out I love me. and I am important in my own way. God is helping me taking the cravings and not going back to junk. Good luck everyone take 1 day or hour at a time and thank all of you for comments they help a lot.
