Hello all, I am trying to lose approx. 40lbs. I know I can do it-I have just have to take the time to exercise-I don't have a problem with food..I'm not a red meat eater, allergic to shell fish, and lactose intolerant...I am not a junk food person either. If you come to my house there are no chips, cookies or cakes...
I live on the New Jersey shore and I love the area where I live..lots if beaches and parks...I live down the street from a lake and across the street is a park-beautiful and both are in walking distance..I have a daughter who will be graduating from college this year, and it will be strange having her back home full time. I just hope she is able to find a job-the market is so hard right now....I'm glad she is finished with school (even though or loans will live on...LOL), I can start taking care of myself again!! and pampering MYSELF again, I love it....I have always put her first-as it should have been, but now I get to take care of my needs and wants first for a change...and losing this weight is the beginning!!...check in and see how I'm doing...
