12/10/2011 Saturday-cheat meal with Rachel and Diego. Large Chicken breast (oil), fat free milk butter red skin mashed potatoes, salad wishbone Italian dressing and ranch dressing, 1 scallop, a shrimp. Dessert: small bowl of chocolate and peanut butter ice cream with a 2-3T of skippy peanut butter and 1-2T hershey's frosting. Three fun size snickers bars.
