Two weeks left. I've been trying to cut out all fats and limit veggies. It has been harder than I thought. This morning I binged on jiff peanut butter. I've been chewing on sunflower seeds but not swallowing. And had swipes of pumpkin pie filling. And little bites (tastes) of anything, peanut butter taco meat canned pears canned pineapple. All that stuff adds up Ariel! I really gotta pull it together if I want to feel good about this show, which is only 2 weeks away!

So from here on out chicken breast, egg whites, 100g iceberg, 100 g green beans, celery or cucumbers. Condiments: reduced sugar heniz ketchup, mustard, salt.

Feeling sick. Stomach ache and headache....
