I've been really struggling with staying under 200 pounds. Every time I do get under 200 I get excited and screw myself up and end up going back up to 200 again! Does anyone else have problems with this. I don't know what my problem is why I can't just stay motivated and keep working towards my goal. By now I should already be 150 but obviously I am not. I started up again last week with tracking what I am eating and I have started exercising again not every day like I should but I feel a bit better because I'm doing more than I was. I also increased the calories I am allowing myself to have each day because I had it down to 1257 a day and I think that is part of why I was struggling so much. I increased it daily to 1600 a day and with my daily activities I should burn enough calories to lose about 1.9 pounds a week without including the exercise I plan on doing. I was reading about weight loss and it said that by losing more than 2 pounds a week you are starting to lose muscle as well. So I am going to try this new plan out and see how it works for me. Wish me luck :D
