I've been slacking on my journal entries! The carb load this weekend did not go as well as I planned. There were only a few meals that I felt good about. I ended up peaking Friday night at about 2AM, I think. Thats when all my viens and muscles seemed the darkest/fullest. Saturday I just looked flat and felt bloated. Next weekend I'm going to load with chickpea pancakes and waxy maize only. No fruit even. I think the sugars just aren't working when I load.

I've decreased my overall calories again this week 1,000. Oh, man it seems like I've been hungry all day....But with only 4 weeks left and ALOT of bodyfat to go yet, it is necessary. I'm upping cardio too. Don't know how many HIIT workouts i'm going to be able to do on the low calories but I'll at least try to do lots of low intensity (steady state) cardio.

Yesterday was an interesting workout. Power lifting day. I lifted really heavy. Not sure I like that training as much but I guess it is good to switch things up!

Today I got a 45 min walk in with Leesha and I'm gonna bike in a little bit. Then Leesha said she might come over for some yoga.
